When are drop-off and pickup?
For the 2026–27 season, drop-off is Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until noon sharp. Pickup is April 17, 2027, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. sharp.
Where are you located?
The indoor storage facility is located at 411 East Court Street, Elkhorn, Wisconsin 53121, just north of Lake Geneva. Drop-off, pickup, and facility visits are by appointment only. This is not a mailing address.
How much does indoor boat storage cost?
Seasonal indoor boat storage is $36 per lineal foot. We measure the boat only using the manufacturer length. Trailer storage is included free.
What dimensions do you need?
For pricing, we use the boat’s manufacturer length. We also need the highest fixed point while the boat is on its trailer. Boats are limited to 25 feet long and 8 feet 11 inches overall height.
Is the building heated?
The website does not advertise heated storage. All boats must be properly winterized and prepared for Wisconsin temperatures before arrival.
What type of building is used?
Storage is inside an enclosed steel building with a concrete floor. Drop-off, pickup, and visits are handled by scheduled appointment.
Can I access my boat during winter?
No. Boats and vehicles are not accessible during the winter storage season.
Do you offer winterization?
Yes. We offer winterization. Please inquire when completing the storage form.
Does my boat need insurance?
The recommended policy is for customers to maintain active boat and trailer insurance throughout the storage term. The final agreement will state the requirement.
Can I store a boat without a trailer?
Most boats are stored on their trailers. Call 847-293-3402 to discuss a boat that does not have a trailer before requesting a reservation.
Is trailer storage extra?
No. Your trailer is stored with the boat at no additional charge.
How do I reserve a space?
Complete the short form on the pricing page with your boat’s length and height. If the boat fits and space is available, you will receive an agreement, payment instructions, and drop-off information.
